”Hot spring area is really nice. I liked our room too. It was spacioius. But I cant't recommend to prepay meals. The food (italian) included the half board option was not good. When we asked to chance to another restaurant it was ok but we had to pay extra. I think it would be less expensive to pay food after your stay. There is no restaurants near the hotel so if you don't want to drive to nearest city you have to eat in hotel.”
”We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. ”
