”The house was clean and tidy, but the address was incorrect on Vrbo and the house was very cold upon arrival. No heat upstairs and the heat downstairs was shut off. (Temp during the day was below 50°, at night in the 20s). The host called me about the address after I messaged him. Vrbo needs to fix that. ”

”Nice house perfect for a group riding trails. Very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located.”

”Well stocked with all the amenities. Great location for skiing Sunday River. Nice layout to the house. 3 bathrooms is really nice.”

”Loved our stay in this property. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would have loved acess to few more towels and blankets, but I didn't request them and I'm sure Tyler would have provided them if I had asked. Since we stayed the week, it would have been a bonus to have access to laundry in the unit, but that's because we travel with two messy children, lol!The property is super close to everything and having a car charger was an amazing perk that kept our...

”We had a fantastic stay! Plenty of room for our whole family! We had lots of fun cooking meals both inside and outside. Having direct ATV trail access and with Youngs store right up the road or trail was very convenient and fun. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

”Enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable cabin. Beautiful setting and landscaping. Perfect layout for the two couples in our party. The highlights of our trip were renting side by sides and riding the trails, and taking a scenic drive down Route 16 to spot our first moose!”

”We had a great time here! The communal space was large enough for us all to hang out and even with a full house there were enough nooks and crannies for people to have some alone time. And waking up to a view of Sunday River was so aesthetic”

”Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. ”

”We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home near Sunday River. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how immaculate and thoughtfully maintained the property is. Every room was spotless, well stocked, and every amenity was in excellent working condition. The swim spa, sauna, and deck were true highlights—equally enjoyed by both the kids and adults in our group. After long days on the slopes, relaxing in the spa or sauna was the perfect way to unwind. The beds were incredibly...

”The location was excellent and the house was perfect. Very clean and well decorated property. The owners instructions we all very accurate and detailed. We would certainly stay there in the future. ”

”We booked this property for a weekend family reunion and could not have asked for a better space. The home was as beautiful as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed prepare meals, the space was very clean, and there was more than enough room to hold the entire family. The grounds were also stunning! It was such a calming beautiful area, with lots of parking. I will say the setup is best for families with more kids than adults (the downstairs has lots of bunk...
