”A very good hotel and good clean rooms and great breakfast menu. Bar is also good.”

”I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

”Upea huone ja hotelli, mutta aamiainen on ruuhkainen, kuin rautatieasema.”

”Room was clean and staff were nice. However, there is a school next to the hotel and it was very noisy before 7am, which woke me up. I couldn't sleep well. Hope they can improve soundproofing. Otherwise okay.”

The biggest problem was the overpowering, unpleasant smell of artificial air freshener, particularly around the lobby and lifts. It was so strong that it felt suffocating and made breathing genuinely uncomfortable. Even worse, the carpets throughout the hallways had a...

”Erittäin hyvä hotelli, jossa laadukas aamupala ja kunnon uima-allas”

”It was my first time coming to China and the staff made it the best travel experience I ever had”

”Maravilhoso! Quantos limpos, equipes recepção 100% profissional, café da manhã impecável, equipe de pratos quentes super atenciosos e prestativos ! Fácil acesso.”

”I get to stay in very nice hotels when travelling for work, but have to stay that Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is welcoming and extremely helpful, room’s great...overall a great experience. The only cons I can think of... it can get a bit crowded at breakfast if you go later in the morning, and same for the pool. ”
