Se sijaitsee suurissa aidattuissa puutarhoissa, ja sieltä on vaikuttavat näkymät satamaan
Makuuhuoneet:
Makuuhuone 1 on super king size-vuode ja nauttii merelle ja satamaan näkymät ranskalaiset ovet johtaa oma parveke. Äskettäin asennettu ilmastointi.
Makuuhuone 2: ssa on parivuode ja äskettäin asennettu ilmastointi.
Makuuhuone 3: ssa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, joissa on tilaa mahdolliselle yksittäiselle ilmapatjalle (tiedustele) sekä uusi asennettu ilmastointi.
Villa nukkuu kuusi mukavasti, vaikka on vuodesohva oleskelutilassa ylimääräinen henkilö.

Kylpyhuoneissa: Kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuone 1 on kylpyhuone kylpy / suihku altaan ja wc
Makuuhuoneita 2 ja 3 jakaa kylpyhuone, joka on täysin päivitetty vuonna 2016. Suihku, wc, pesuallas ja alaosa.
Keittiö: Täysin kaakeloitu Espanjan keittiö walk-in ruokakomero, kaasu liesi, uuni, jääkaappi / pakastin, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone.
Kodinhoitohuone: Pesukone on rajojen sisällä autotalli kodinhoitohuone.
Olohuoneet Split taso lounge / ruokailuhuone, ruokapöytä, iso sohva (vuodesohva), 2 nojatuolia, TV, DVD ja vapaa näkymä UK asemia. Ilmastointi. Ranskan ovet auki puiden reunustama alempi puutarha mukaisesti nurmikon ja ylempää allasterasseilla katettu istuma / ruokailutila.
Muut: Pieni kattoterassi.
Pellava palvelu: Huvila on täysin puhdistetaan ennen saapumis ja kun lähdet. Puhtaat lakanat toimitetaan yhdessä kylpy ja käsipyyhkeet (tuokaa omat rantapyyhkeet). Aikana 2 viikkoa anna vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet vaihdetaan jälkeen noin 7 päivää.
Huomautuksia majoitus
Villa on hiljattain varustettu uusi öljykattila lämmityksessä ja kuuman veden järjestelmä antaa vuoden mukavuutta. Ilmastointi on asennettu pääaulassa ja kaikissa makuuhuoneissa. La Perezan puutarhat ovat täysin suljettuja.
Ulkopuolella: Villa sijaitsee hieman koholla, joka tarjoaa kauniit näkymät kohti kaakkoisvenesatamaa. Sijoitettu keskeisesti puutarhat 1 / 3rd hehtaarin ja rajoittuu useita hehtaareja luonnon puistoalueella länteen La Pereza on tunne eristäytynyt yksityisyyttä ja rauhaa ja samalla tuntuu virkistävän avoin ja valoisa. Yksityinen uima-allas on turvallinen lapsille ja vanhuksille keskuudessa sen Roman vaiheita tulon ja suurten ympäröi ja on edelleen iso patio itään puolelle Villa. Pöytätennispöytä on tarkoitettu käytettäväksi yhdessä jalkapallo- ja jalkapallotavoitteiden ja verkkopallon kanssa tarvittaessa!
Kiinteistö on rakennettu 3 tasossa ja siksi valitettavasti sovellu pyörätuolin käyttäjille tai niille, joilla on vaikeuksia liikkua.

Wonderful property with a fantastic location. Melissa was fantastic to deal with, we had a fabulous week at the villa. The outside space is gorgeous and the pool is just perfect. Lots of space to sit, chill and relax, the surrounding area really is so peaceful. Just a short walk from a beautiful harbor with some great restaurants. The villa has real charm. Would definitely recommend.

A very nice stay

Melissa a été super agréable, accueillante et réactive. Sa maison est fidèle à son annonce, et parfaite pour une famille avec de multiples activités. Petit bémol pour la plage qui est en fait un petit port dans lequel il est recommandé de ne pas se baigner. Mais beaucoup de belles plages dans les environs à 15min de voiture. La maison est top. Je recommande vraiment !

this is a lovely large villa with plenty of outside space. The management company were excellent and reactive to any problems. It is a good property for 2 families with 2 bedrooms and bathroom at ground level. There are a number of stairs to the kitchen and third bedroom. The kitchen is adequate but probably needs a little updating. The white goods are all new and a washing machine is a must for young families. The host was great and we were able to do an online shop which arrived just after we did.

September family stay

The villa is very well located - quiet and away from the main town centre but an easy and pleasant walk and only 10 mins to the local shops and restaurants of Calas Fonts. The outdoor areas of the house are amazing with a large clean pool, garden and sunny terrace plus activities like table tennis, a comfy shaded eating area and seperate delightful rooftop terrace. The house is large and very well equipped but it really does need updating in the main bathroom and kitchen which are now very tired and a little bit like time travel! Sadly out of keeping with a villa of this size and cost. Everything works but things desperately need to be updated and replaced. However, I would still definitely recommend this villa as it won us over with its charm and it is perfect for a large family group. It was spotless on arrival and I want to say that our host Melissa was exceptional from the outset and incredibly helpful. Communication was perfect and when a couple of things were needed she dealt with them immediately. A truly 5 star host.

Fantastic Week!

We had a really enjoyable week in the villa. It was a late booking but Melissa made everything simple and the communication was great. If anything the photos probably don't do the villa justice as it's even better when you see it! The pool area is perfect and the kids loved the size of the pool and all the inflatables etc that are provided and free to use. A perfect holiday ... highly recommended!

The villa has a large plot with good size pool, ideal for families with older children due to the number of internal steps. Location is 10 mins walk into centre. Had a lovely time and the place has everything you need for a classic villa holiday. Some parts of the property requires modernisation.

Spacious villa, great location

Really good villa with a terrific pool. Loved the spacious feel and comfortable beds. En-suite & kitchen could do with an update (otherwise would give 5 stars) but perfectly usable. Excellent location with Cala Fonts and it’s restaurants so close by. Would definitely recommend.

One word can summarise our stay at Es Castell and that “AMAZING”

The property itself is divine, the location to local bars and restaurants as well as other amenities is perfect. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “La Pereza” and are already discussing our return. “Best holiday we have had” are the words spoken by all. Loved it.

Lovely poolside villa in a nice area and fully enclosed

The villa is quirky in its layout but worked well for grandparents sharing with son and his small children. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms which were very handy. Wow factor when you arrive - our granddaughter thought the garden and pool were like "paradise!"

New holiday experience

This is the first time we have holidayed in a villa and the experience was wonderful. The property was spacious and the amenities good. Air con in the master bedroom would have been a bonus. The owners were extremely helpful in providing all necessary information and services. The little welcome pack of eggs bread etc was much appreciated. The garden and pool area allowed us to relax and chill out in privacy. Would recommend the experience.

Exceeded expectations

Excellent location within walking distance of a range of restaurants and bars. Easy access to beaches and supermarkets by car. The villa has everything you need with a great pool and BBQ, the master bedroom does get hot and would benefit from air conditioning. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Beautiful Villa, beautiful place!

We've had a fabulous time at this villa, everything went like clockwork from the booking to the arrival instructions and the villa is amazing!! Everything you could wish for, clean and tidy rooms, great sun beds, massive pool, air con, wifi, very comfortable beds, an amazing shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice walk to Cala Fonts/es castelle, only 10mins from villa, lovely to eat around the harbour on an evening, very pretty and you can catch the huge cruise ships sailing passed from Mahon. The villa also has spectacular views of the cruise ships too, just listen out for their horn and check it out from main bedroom balcony. Overall, brilliant time, have stayed in many villas and this is one of the best! Thanks Melissa & family!

Lovely holiday villa!

Just returned from 2 weeks (Aug) at villa 'La Pereza'. Over the years my family have taken many holidays in Sol del Este, 'La Pereza' is the best accommodation we have had. It's very spacious, has a great aspect which means the sun is on the pool all day, adjacent is a shaded outdoor eating area, we had visitors staying nearby and comfortably seated 10 around the table. There's also additional seating near the BBQ, so I had company whilst turning the gambas! The owners have equipped it perfectly, aircon in lounge and 2 bedrooms, kitchen with everything you need, high quality furnishings and bedding, newly refurbed family bathroom, nice sunbeds and table tennis! We love this area, it's peaceful and a short walk into Cala Fonts and Es Castell (lots of resturants and shopping in a lovely harbour setting). The beaches of Punta Prima and Binibeca are a 15 to 20 min drive away. Mahon is 10 mins and we went paddle boarding in Es Grau approx 20 mins. Never mastered the TV, but only wanted to check the olympics which we did via the reliable wifi provided. Would definately return to La Pereza.

Excellent holiday!

We rented this villa in June, the weather was great and the villa was excellent! The villa had everything we needed and the outside space was great, sun all day long around the pool and a lovely shaded outside eating area. The marina was only 10 minute walk away with a great choice of restaurants. We did not hire a car but walked to the marina and easily got a taxi into Mahon which is a few minutes drive away, where again there is a great choice of bars a restaurants. I would 100% recommend this villa, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and wished we would of stayed longer!
