”BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!”

”A little difficult to find but once inside was a fantastic place. Room for our family to explore Luxembourg and enjoy family time in the living room. 2.5 bathrooms was very nice! ”

”Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.”

”The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again.”

”A bright space with all the essentials and more available. Lots of kitchen appliances and tools, washroom/toilet is spacious. Having laundry in the building is a benefit. The center of the old city is 20-25 minute walk. Transit is convenient.”
