”Pros: Die Finca ist komplett umzäunt und nicht einsehbar. Man kann entspannt am Pool liegen und sich im Garten und in der Finca frei bewegen, ohne Einsicht der Nachbarn. Der Garten und der Pool werden wöchentlich von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 15 Min vom Strand , Alcúdia und Port de Pollenca entfernt. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und auch immer zu erreichen. Wir werden immer wieder gerne die Finca...

”We travelled to Palma for our son's wedding and we wanted a villa so we could all be together. The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. The views from the kitchen and outside balcony are beautiful. A fantastic place to stay and unwind. ”

”The villa was very spacious and clean with a lovely pool at the rear of the property. Completely private and secluded in the garden / pool area. Large car parking area with gated front . AC worked well in all rooms and kitchen had all the necessary equipment needed. The owner was always on hand if needed by a text message, and was polite and spoke quite good English. Overall a lovely 10 nights stay , beach only a 10 minute drive away and Lidl about 5 minutes away. Thanks Graham & Nicola ”

”Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. Gabrielle our host was very personable, attentive and responded...

”The villa had a technical issue: the water fuses would frequently trip, leaving us without water each time. The place is nice, but I think it’s only worth it for longer stays, since I paid a lot and didn’t even get 24 hours. Not flexible at all for check in/check out times”
