Villa Terre & Mer is located in the charming little town of Escoville in a quiet area, just 15 minutes from Cabourg and Caen.
You will enjoy a private indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C all year round.
This house for 6 to 8 people includes on the first floor, an entrance opening onto the swimming pool, swimming pool of length 8m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.50m., a shower, a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, a kitchen area open to the living room with sofa bed, and flat screen.
On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with 160cm double beds, and a 3rd bedroom with 1 180cm double bed and a 90cm bed, all our rooms are equipped with televisions, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Outside a terrace area to enjoy with family or friends with a plancha, a relaxation area and a small courtyard with ping-pong table.
The villa Terre & Mer is fully fenced.
The parking is located outside the property on a public road near the house.
