The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds.
However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has...

”From the moment I arrived, the scenery was beautiful. The lake with various different birds, the trees, forest etc.
I loved the cabin, just perfect along with the outdoor fire pit/bbq where you buy logs through an app.
I will definately be visiting again. Loved it 😊😊😊😊😊”

”Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. ”

”This place is good - recently renovated and is in very good condition, nice furnishings. Overall very clean. Had all the basics you need. Fast Wi-Fi. Big fridge. We liked the walk into town along the river - we didn’t need the car all day. Hosts had good comms. Definitely cosy -the place is in a row of small terrace houses- it is small but cute…and very noisy (thump/creaky) when downstairs and someone is walking around upstairs. Impossible to cool the place down in the very hot weather we had....

10/10 Loistava
Kodikas majatalo hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Siistit ja kodikkaat huoneet.Todella ystävällinen palvelu ja autettiin päivämatkojen suunittelussa ja keskusteltiin muutenkin maiden kulttuureista. Huippu pariskunta tekee sydämellä työtä. Suosittelen
