”Hotel El Carmen with all its extremely kind people was beautiful. Especially dining on the rooftop terrace was such a treat every morning and night. Food was delicious. Location is excellent, you can walk everywhere and it was very safe.”

”Had a big group of 8 and Needed a place to stay for the night while visiting Antigua, it was last minute. From the pics in Expedia it didn’t seem to be the best but it was the only place I could find to accommodate my group. Location was a bit far from Antigua downtown. Once we entered you can see a beautiful Hotel Architecture, Totally worth it. It was one clean room with a bunch of bed aligned, restroom had like 3 toilets 2 showers. It was awesome! Breakfast was decent price and delicious....

”Everything amazing! Staff was super sweet and helpful, they even prepared us a small breakfast to eat early before our volcano hike. Rooms and hotel were beautiful. Just fyi room does not have AC so may be warm in summer months”

”The owners and staff were amazing it’s such a cute little property, they took care of us and the breakfast was amazing. Only heads up is they use shower head heaters so put the switch to hot and then don’t turn the water all the way on just use the water flow to regulate the heat. It’s a low pressure setup but gets the job done so you have a warm shower! I would definitely use this place again if I make it back to Antigua. ”
