”Great location, great service, great facilities”

”Stayed in a mini suite. The room was nice. The bed was OK but had under the sheet a plastic madress protection which made it sweety. We had half-board and the setup of the dinner was really nice 10/10 points. The taste of the food was 8/10. Our waiter was really friendly. We enjoyed the relaxing area with swimming pool, several saunas and places to rest. The treatments we had were also nice. The location is central and easy to access by train or car. ”We arrived late night but there was easy way to late check-in. Room was good and cleaners visited every day. There are also good connections to Innsbruck and also Wattens (where we visited Crystal world). We were happy to stay at this hotel!”

”Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast and restaurant. Just outside is the carriage to Neuschwanstein. We had a room on the third floor with a view of the Castle, and felt like a princess in this hotel.”
