”The hotel is new so the rooms and facilities were clean and modern. Nice large pool and good gym. Great location of you want to play golf or relax. Not too far away from the shopping centers in Nagoya or Batam Center by taxi. The variety of food at breakfast was good but the quality could be better for a 4-star hotel. A la carte food at the hotel restaurant was great and good quality.”

”It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. ”

”Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great. Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. ”

”All staff encountered very friendly. Room way bigger than expected. Free shuttle useful. Good value. Local street food is nice aswell. Will return for sure. ”
