”Clean room, comfortable beds, nice staff, breakfast ok, good parking.”

”It was a very nostolgic hotel. Loved the simplicity and the old vibe. This was not a fancy hotel but that isn't what we were looking for in our stay. The staff was friendly. ”

”The motel is located within walking distance of restaurants and breweries. The motel is worn and the cleaning could be of a better standard.”

”The evening staff upon check in was lovely and helpful. The room had some things previously spilt on the floor. There was chew on top of the shower surrounding. There was a metal bar extending out from under the bed. Bed was comfortable - bedding was questionable. The morning desk staff was very busy on her cell phone and did not want to be interrupted.”

”The location is good, restaurants and shopping close by. the room was spotless, bathroom had a little mold around the bottom of the tub but not enough to warrant a bad review. The front desk staff was amazing, professional and very pleasant. I will be traveling to Duluth a few times in the future and I will definitely stay at the LaQuinta!”

”First off I need to say the staff I interacted with were fantastic. I use a Walker and Wendy who checked me in got me a room as close to the commons area as possible, I didn't get his name but the young man that checked me out this morning held the door open for me to get through with my walker. I didn't use them but the pool facilities looked fantastic. I appreciated the bathrooms were accessible with higher toilets. Alot of hotels have such low toilets that make it more difficult for...

”The fresh cookies were amazing but the pool was closed and I was told that they all they had to do was add water but they never did nor would they offer a discount for not having the pool open they told me to go 5 mi down the road and use a pool at another facility. Had it not been 30° outside this maybe would not have been a bad thing but I really did not need pneumonia.”
