”This hotel was a highlight for our trip through Portugal. The room was very spacious for 3 of us and we had a nice terrace that overlooked a beautiful pool. The breakfast and bar service were wonderful. At breakfast, one of the staff members gave us recommendations for 2 beautiful beaches to visit - Salema and Arifana (need a car to reach both but both are stunning!). This area is quiet and had a calm/relaxing vibe. The restaurants in town are very nice! We definitely plan to return and...

”After checking in and receiving directions to this apartment, the staff member admitted they had never been to this rental before and couldn’t give us better or more specific instructions. It took us a while to find and once we did, we couldn’t park at the building because the lot required a parking code we didn’t receive. No problem we were only passing through for one night so we parked at the lot behind it and carried our suitcases because rolling them wasn’t possible due to the streets...

”It was located within the old walled city. I liked that it had an induction cook-top but the only available fry-pans were not appropriate for induction rendering them useless. One had been well-used so where did it come from? The sofa and chairs were very old and dirty. Don't look under the cushions! The whole apartment had a musty smell and the bathroom, in particular, smelled bad. There was no cloth in the kitchen for washing up. Parking is difficult in the area.”
