This two-storey beach house features a bright, open-plan layout designed for comfort and connection.

You’ll enter into the main social space downstairs — a relaxed living and dining area with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a split-system air conditioner that keeps the space cosy in winter and cool in summer. 🏡

Main bathroom

Laundry with washer, dryer and iron

Each bedroom has its own heater, fan, and laundry basket for added comfort.

Head upstairs and you’ll find:

A spacious second living area with a pool table and second TV — the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the Bay of Isles 🌞

A fourth bedroom/office with built-in robes, a desk, comfy office chair, and large monitor — so you don’t have to compromise while working away 🖥️

Outdoor Living

Step outside to a large, fully enclosed north-facing backyard that captures sun from first light to late afternoon ☀️. Enjoy outdoor dining with an 8-seater setting and an electric Weber Family BBQ.

The backyard has loads of grass space and a covered patio for shade. With dog-friendly beaches and parks nearby — including West Beach just a 5-minute walk away — your furry friend will love it here too.

Perfect for families or groups

Spacious open-plan home with two separate living areas, giving everyone room to relax and unwind. We’ve got the little ones covered too — with a cot, changing table, and high chair provided to make your stay hassle-free.

Quiet Hours

This is not a party house. We’re a tranquil getaway nestled amongst a quiet family neighbourhood. We kindly ask guests to plan keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 7am. Please note we have noise monitors installed (can only detect volume and cannot listen or record).

Secure parking and storage

Rest easy in the safe, family-friendly neighbourhood of West Beach. The property offers 4–5 off-street parking spaces, plus a secure double garage with extra storage for all your gear.

Most standard-sized caravans and trailer boats will fit across the driveway, and there’s external power and water access available if needed.

Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs, and 1 double bed upstairs.

For larger groups (up to 10 guests), we provide 2 high-quality, comfortable foam mattresses stored in the built-in robe of the twin room. These can be easily set up on the floor when needed.

All bedding and linen is provided, including for the spare mattresses.
