There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €250 in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays exceeding 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). Any difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay over 20 nights, we will send the current meter readings and take the readings on the day of your check-out.The access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in.
