”The hotel is beautiful. The room I was in was spacious with a great shower! Spotless too. The whole hotel is bright and airy and the owner and husband very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as was an evening meal. I can’t fault it. In fact, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Pretty garden too with ample parking close to the city centre which is lovely. I’ll be back! ”

”Olin varannut hotellihuoneen jossa oli puulattia ja pyytänyt että saisimme ei parfymoituja liinavaatteita ja etteivät käytettäisi parfymoituja puhdistusaineita. Mitään palautetta en saanut hotellista, joten oletin että toivomukseni toteutuvat. Tästä huolimatta saimme saapuessamme huone kokolattiamatolla. Saimme sen kuitenkin vaihdettua huoneeseen jossa oli puulattia mutta erikoistarpeet oli tuskinpa huomioitu. Onneksi ikkunat olivat avattavissa. Jos hotelli olisi ollut täynnä olisimme joutuneet...

”This is a stunner of a hotel right on the shore in Dunkirk. Lovely room and bar/lobby. Because we were on a roadtrip for F1 we had a car which was accommodated by the parking lot. (We had a Volvo XC60, and it was a bit of a squeeze even though not full, so best if you have a smaller car to maneuver.) Nothing but positive feedback and highly recommend staying at the Merveilleux. ”

”This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were lovely. The view is incredible and even the noisy neighbours (the sheep) are friendly. Free breakfast which is a great selection too ”

”A beautiful hotel inside and out. We had a family room with the pull out sofa which turned into 2 single beds for the children. It was spacious and comfortable with lovely finishing touches. The welcome gift (games) for the children was a nice surprise. Really modern and eco friendly. ”

”The host was very kind, welcoming and discrete. The house and grounds are really something special, you will be amazed. Beautifully decorated room and modern bathroom in a traditional style, lovely breakfast (early due to our itinerary) with quality products. A wonderful stop near Calais, really worth a small detour.
