”We had a marvelous time at Smugglers Notch! The property was extremely clean and well-stocked in the kitchen. The mattress was very comfortable and my wife and I agreed that it is likely the best night’s sleep we have had on a bed other than our own. Our host was incredibly responsive to my emails both before and during our stay. We would stay there again without hesitation. ”

”The house was lovely, views of the lake were amazing! It was equipped with all of your basic needs to cook and eat-in. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset and watching the sailboats in Mallettes bay. Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!”

”As long as you know what you're getting into with a tiny home, this is a unique and fun stay! We spent two nights in the Caboose and while it was tight is some areas (e.g. the loft bed can be tricky for two given the very low ceiling) it was mostly plenty of space for us and our dog. The property has several other cabins, tiny homes and yurts in various shapes and sizes around in which other people we staying but they are spaced out enough that everyone has plenty of room for themselves. ”Five stars plus. This is a clean, comfortable, and modern house located on Mallet Bay. It is an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington. There is direct access to a small beach, and the owner supplied all the beach accessories. The waters of the bay ripple to the beach and are not very deep along the shore line. This was perfect for our young grandchildren. The room sizes are large, and the beds are comfortable. The 5 year old enjoyed sleeping on the bunk bed above his parents’ bed....
