”We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the high-top balcony tables at which we could eat breakfast and lunch while looking over the bay, and the very responsive host (who even provided useful written info about restaurants, beaches, activities and stores). Because the unit was on the top (fourth) level of a four-story building, we could see over the palm trees on the lawn below and enjoy the view of the whole bay area. ”Great place to stay. Was SUPER hard to find at first with Google maps. Perfect breakfast and very laid back. We had a gorgeous view and the AC worked perfect. Nice staff. THE best thing was that we were able to walk about everywhere. Perfect hotel if wanting to walk to the pop up shops/food/jewelry places”

”What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! Little touches everywhere were not overlooked by my family. ”

”We had a terrific stay at Lameshur Cottage! It was relaxing & comfortable, and in a quiet location for exploring the east end of St John. There are neat little groceries nearby to cook for yourself, but also places to eat out not far in Coral Bay.We enjoyed being so close to the great snorkeling in Salt Bay Pond and great birding opportunities.
