”THIS is the place to stay in St. Thomas. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spotless and the staff can’t do enough for you. Our stay was absolute perfection- one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. The grounds are just breathtaking- every corner is filled with tropical colors. ”Its an Oasis for the money. If you can afford higher end you might not like it fully. Immediate easy access to a beautiful beach area. Full kitchen , bar and coffee shop on site. If you want to shut it down for the day at the resort , you will have everything you need. Even kayak and jetski rentals. It worked out very well , no complaints .”

”Had a room confirmed and paid for but we got there they said it was not available and had to downgrade room. No refund. No bar, closed. Front door was broken. Different information given about taxi price from what driver charged. Lobby women’s bathroom out of order. Vending machine out of order. Bathroom needed paint job. Water was hot in bathroom. Would not recommend at all”

”The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

”The noice in the area was aweful and all u hear starting at 3 am is roosters it was so annoying I’d never stay there again. Trashy neighborhood also music so loud till late hours then a rooster at 3 am !!!!”

”A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.”

”Angie & Karen (managers) were both very helpful and had the "Pride of Ownership" attitude. The feel was welcoming and quaint. Also, the amenities were great and focused on the guests. I've stayed at many places both for work and personal travel and the staff was great. Highly recommend!!”

”We love secret harbor. We got married here and returned for our 5th anniversary this year. I must admit it is expensive compared to other resorts on the island but it has EVERYTHING! The beach is quiet and chairs, umbrellas and towels are included rather than an extra cost. The snorkeling right off the shore is amazing! If you don't have your own equipment there is a dive shop on property. Rental was only 15$ a day. My husband and i took an intro scuba dive which he LOVED! no experience needed....
