”The property is in a great location where you could walk into Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants. It had all the amenities that you needed.”

”There was no air conditioning in our room due to power outage. We were moved to another room however 2 of our guests had to sleep on the floor and the room next to ours had a leak in the bathroom that came into our room through the night”

”The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.”

If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”

We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving.
