”Mosquitoes inside the room made it harder for us to sleep happy in nights”

”I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel is very run down and clearly not well maintained. There’s no restaurant on site, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. To make matters worse, the vending machine was broken, and the ice machine wasn’t working either. Overall, it felt neglected and not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

”We chose this hotel last minute after missing our flight. One more night in St Thomas vs returning to snow? Ok!!! The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. ”

”Parking was full because they had 2 kids birthday parties going on. The resort is a little tired looking it must of been beautiful back in the day. Rooms could use an extra cleaning. It met our needs for a night stay ”

”The owner responded quickly to any questions which arose. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It is a very steep and windy road to the place. Glad we arrived during daylight. This was our first time to St. Thomas and we did not know how mountainous it is. If renting a car, make sure to get one that can make it up the mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. ”

”Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. ”
