”Cons. Staff was disproportioned. They had staff just sit & watch the towels when they could’ve been cleaning the chairs & pool area or being a kitchen runner. I was disappointed that they didn’t have staff walking around the pool & recreation areas to take bar/kitchen orders. ”

”I stayed during carinval season. The village is walking distance from the hotel. More lighting and brighter lights are needed as you getting closer to the street.”

”I love that the resort was right on the beach. I also love the close distance to the airport. and the easy access getting taxi. The shower could have been a little cleaner. It seems like the bath need new grout. It was a bit dirty in the corners and there was also hair from previous guests. The room and linen were clean and cleaning staff was easily accessable for new linens. ”The place was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bunch of free amenities from breakfast, to rum punch, to beach gear (like snorkels, beach towels, etc). I felt very at home and will definitely stay here again if I return.”

”This is not for traveling with big luggage, you have to walk up a hill and upstairs. i always do a clean sweep. wipe down bathroom, the shower head was black when i started wiping.so imagine if i had just jumped in the shower. "can you say rash". i sprayed the bed but slept on top the comforter. No real parking spaces. no safety lack or extra security so be creative. over all it was ok for my 2 night stay. PLEASE CLEAN FIRST BEFORE RESTING”

”This is a small, quaint hotel run by locals in the style of a hostel. We arrived way early and were allowed to swim in the pool for a few hours which was great! The common area is a great place to meet others, and the staff was very nice. We were very happy with this authentic stay and would return.”

”Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”
