”There was no air conditioning in our room due to power outage. We were moved to another room however 2 of our guests had to sleep on the floor and the room next to ours had a leak in the bathroom that came into our room through the night”

”Great location near Magens Bay and 12 minutes drive to town. The property has great poolside views and a good coffee shop on property. Also great casual restaurant for lunch or dinner. Room was spacious. I had a room with a loft that was huge.”

”When we arrived they didn’t have us in the system because the owner of the unit never let them know it was rented so from the get go we wasted a go of time until they figured that out. The unit needed maintenance to come 2 times for air conditioner not working and the ventilation fan needed to be fixed 2 times as well. A lot of time wasted and I tipped the maintenance people because they worked really hard and deserved even more than I could give. Concierge depending on who you dealt with were...

”Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.”

”The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

”The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”
