”Great location right up the street from downtown. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were solid.”

”The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...

”We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not...

”The resort property itself was ok. Our condo was not the greatest. It wasn't the cleanest, a cabinet door under the kitchen sink was broken- it was barely hanging on. The dishes and drawers where the silverware is kept was dirty, I don't think they had been washed. The pull out sofa before was not comfortable at all. I don't think I would stay here again.”

”Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”

”I absolutely loved this resort. Everyone was so accommodating and polite. I love not having to leave for anything, however I do wish they had food places that stayed open a bit later. The views are amazing, rooms are spacious and although the resort is busy there was not a lot of noise. The hotel has endless amount of activities to do to make your trip run smoothly. Karaoke, live music, parties etc. I do run a bit hot, so I could have stood my room to be a bit cooler.”

”If you want a no frills stay in St. Thomas, then Windward Passage is the place to stay. It's basic and bare bone amenities does not include a microwave in the room. The room is clean but need to be updated. The restaurant was not available during our stay. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is accessible to the main street shopping, a small grocery store, banks and waterfront. It was easy and quick to get to the airport. The staff was friendly.”
