”I’ll be honest because reading the reviews didn’t help me at all. this isn’t what i was expecting at all. the room that we received had ants all over the bed. air conditioning wasn’t on prior to arrival and had the room HOT for a while, the bathroom was dirty, it looked like someone took a piss all over the bathroom and left it. there was no mirror on the closet although the other rooms had mirrors, there was no refrigerator even though the other rooms had refrigerators. the staff would come in...

”Angie & Karen (managers) were both very helpful and had the "Pride of Ownership" attitude.
The feel was welcoming and quaint.
Also, the amenities were great and focused on the guests.
I've stayed at many places both for work and personal travel and the staff was great.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at **Pink Palm Hotel in St. Thomas** for my birthday trip. The pool area is truly a showstopper—**scenic mountain views from the pool** that feel peaceful and postcard-perfect. We especially loved doing an **excellent night swim**, and having the **hot tub option** made it even more relaxing and special.

”Ocean view is misleading property is out of the way on top of a hill.Shuttle and taxis do not want the fare.Sole staff member was fantastic.Rooms are outdated 1960’s .”
