”For the price we paid i was not happy with the cleanliness. Dirty bedding. Our shower also didn’t drain so standing in the sandy water was nasty. Other than that, location was great. ”

The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. ”

”We stayed here for one night on our way to the BVIs so only spent about 18 hours here. The property is certainly dated and they have pretty much given up on the bar/restaraunt and the man-made beach. Pros: clean room, cold AC, complementary muffins and coffee, good view and clean pool, walking distance from airport and beach. Cons: Dated, no other amenities, sliding patio door difficult to open, helpful front desk for calling cab.”

”The owner responded quickly to any questions which arose. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It is a very steep and windy road to the place. Glad we arrived during daylight. This was our first time to St. Thomas and we did not know how mountainous it is. If renting a car, make sure to get one that can make it up the mountains. ”The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. ”

”I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. ”
