With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment Costalita, located in a residential area of Estepona, is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This 156 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, centralized air conditioning/heating in the whole apartment, a washing machine, a dryer as well as satelitte TV with a smart TV allowing for streaming services.

A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open between May 15th and October 15th), a garden, garden furniture and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

Share a homemade meal on your terrace while enjoying the sea and mountain views.

Nice apartment

The apartment is as described. The balcony is the star of the place - the sun is shining all day. The bedrooms good with plenty of storage space and good beds. The kitchen is fairly small to dine, but well equipped. Some problems with the electricity, but quickly repaired (all though it was Saturday evening!). The rental well worth of money! Ana was very helpful, thank you. Javier easy to reach and responding well and solving small things. Thanks for renting your beautiful apartment!

Dejlig velindrettet lejlighed. God altan, hvor vi sad både morgen og aften. Der manglede tryk på vandet. Godt køkken, dog er nogle gryder og pander med defekt belægning. Fint pool område og smuk tur gennem haverne til stranden. Vi gik flere gange til Cancelada og spiste.Hyggelig lille by. Nemt at tage bussen til Estepona, som er en meget smuk by fuld af blomster. Vi kan helt sikkert anbefale stedet

Clean, bright apartment in a safe suburban neighbourhood

A clean, bright apartment in a safe suburban neighbourhood rented at a reasonable price. It is a good size, with a large bright living/dining room, with lots of windows. The building is a 10-minute drive to several grocery stores, a butcher and a wine shop. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery and frying pans. Good water pressure in showers with lots of hot water. Through the living room patio doors, there is a mid-sized deck with comfortable chairs and a small view of the sea. Easy walking access to the beach and boardwalk by road or through the property. The pedestrian area of Cancelada Old Town is a 15 minute walk and is a hidden gem. The owner was very responsive and accommodating leading up to, and during our stay.

Happy to find this place

We was with familly in this appartament,very good location, clean and space enought for all. Great to take the breakfast on the balcony and also to enjoy the nice weather all the day. Close to the beach, shops, for who like to play tennis en padell just other side of the street. Comunication with the owner was great. Very kindful and for every question what we have was always availlble. We recommend also to other persons who want to spend time with friends of familly . We thank y Javier for all services and we hope that we can come back next year. Happy to find this place. Peter en Madalina

Wonderful apartment next to the sea

Apartment spacious and clean with quality bedding, furnishing and equipment. Excellent pool area which was never too busy. Straight forward communication with owner. Accommodation was easy to find and access. The complex is quite and well looked after. A fantastic location next to lovely beach and other amenities. Would recommend without hesitation.

A little piece of paradise in Cancelada

This is a classy apartment with fantastic views from the veranda, very close the sea/promenade and swimming pool. We are a party of 7 [3 adults and 4 teenagers] and it fitted us perfectly. Our immediate swimming pool was under renovation but it wasn't a problem to use the one in the neighbouring apartment block. Main bus line serving the area has a stop close by and there are supermarkets near also. A hire could would give full flexibility but it is do-able with walking /bus / taxi option. Things to do at night in the local area a slightly limited, having said that we did not investigate the town of Cancelada. Overall a great stay. One very small negative- for an apartment that size and able to accommodate 7 persons, a bigger stock of house towels would be needed .

Excellent Apartment

Really nice apartment in beautifully maintained complex which was secure and a short walk to the beach. Only issue was pool being renovated but another pool was accessible very close by within the same complex. Beautiful grounds and the apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need. Lo bueno: Piso muy cómodo. Ubicado en una zona tranquila y familiar. Playa muy cerca. Lo malo: Se entregó el piso con las bases de los telefonillos de los tres baños malas por lo que no se podían colocar en la pared. Para las dos habitaciones con cama doble solo nos dejaron una nórdica sin funda que además estaba manchada. La lavadora botaba agua y no había forma de abrirla al terminar cada ciclo de lavado. El toldo de la terraza orientado a donde sale el sol no funcionaba. Lo peor: No lo gestiona el dueño sino una persona encargada. Nos decía que la lavadora estaba bien cuando no había forma de abrirla, luego que era normal por el poco uso que se le daba y las diferentes personas que hacían uso de ella, luego que no había técnico disponible por ser verano y más excusas que no llegaron a solucionar la situación. Cuando íbamos a entregar el piso llamamos a la encargada y nos que no habría problema en que nos fuésemos y dejásemos la llave, la sorpresa es que aún regresando el piso limpio y ordenado nos envía imágenes con una extensa lista de daños como: desgaste en la parte interna de las puertas y cajones del armario, manchas en los colchones que estaban con cobertores (que nunca sacamos), el filtro de la secadora sucio, un jarrón decorativo que estaba a la altura del techo agrietado, cajones de la nevera rotos, entre otros. Todos daños que ya estaban y muchos imposibles que se hicieran en un periodo tan corto de tiempo. Luego el dueño nos dijo que el encargado había tenido que hacer desplazamientos innecesarios (para arreglar las bases de los telefonillos del baño) y que nos cobraría los daños (aun no sabemos si nos cobrará y qué nos cobrará). En fin, no recomendamos la experiencia y en caso de que decidáis por el piso probar hasta el último detalle y hacer fotos y vídeo de todo al llegar allí y al salir.

La casa tiene de todo Atención maravillosa Limpieza y en los tiempos que corren a sido genial pues híñanos tres parejas y cada uno pudo disponer de su baño independiente, algo raro de ver La urbanización muy controladas ,piscina con todas las medidas de seguridad Las 6 personas muy contentas El agua de la playa fresquita, como es en la zona, por lo demás todo fantastico

Estancia muy agradable

Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable una familia de 5 personas. El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien decorado y cuidado. Con una terraza estupenda para utilizar desde el desayuno, gracias a la buena temperatura . Zona ajardinada preciosa con salida directa a la playa. Urbanización muy tranquila. Excelente atención por parte del dueño y de la persona responsable en Estepona. Para repetir, sin duda.

Great apartment

Pros: Great location, large rooms, tastefully decorated , close to restaurants and shopping, nice and safe complex with pool and garden. I would have gave this apartment a 5* over all but not this time. I suggested the owner to supply it with basic toiletries: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags . Is frustrating to go shopping for essentials after a 14 hours flight. Having said that, I am sure the owner will fix it and make this apartment great for a family vacation.

Vi var 6 voksne,havde en rigtig god uge,lækkert med 3 soveværelser,med eget bad på værelserne. Alle rum lyse,og lækre,lejligheden var pæn og ren.Da vi ankom,blev vi modtaget af en utrolig venlig og rar dame,der viste os rundt. Der er en rigtig god parkering I kælderen,hvor elevator går fra kælder til lejlighed. Utrolige flotte omgivelser til lejligheden,med flot pool,samt rigtige flotte palmer og bede. Så alt I alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Med venlig hilsen fra os 6 fra Skanderborg Danmark Finn
