Not 5*. But very friendly staff
Typical turistic hotel. Not 5* Very helpful staff, fine and clean rooms. The food here is another store. Recommend to enjoy all meals outside. Breakfast buffet is a mess, food quality suffering and the noiselevel is dramatically high, said by a father to 4 kids! We tried the Italian/French restaurant and send all food back to the kitchen! Meat not fresh(my first grey carpaccio), salmon defenately not fresh or freshly from the freezer(very fishi’ taste) as. Omoensation we got a plate with truffle ravioli….with black hair in, so back again. Staff was proffessional and excused by Giving us free drinks and the we wnt hungry to bed - But again friendly staff - Chef has defenately something to catch up with. SPA is okay, pool needs renovation(green and black alcks). Not 5* but a typical turist hotel at Costa del sol. Nice people.

Sehr freundliches Personal; ausgesprochen hervorragendes Buffet morgens wie abends; sehr schöne Suite mit großer Terrasse und schönem direkten Meerblick. Wünschenswert wäre auf der schönen ganztags besonnten Terrasse auch ein Sonnenschirm gewesen. Leider etwas Negatives: der Zimmermädchenservice war ungenügend; es wurde weder der Boden gewischt, nicht einmal gekehrt, auch sonst keine Umsicht, wie nach dem Entfernen gebrauchter Handtücher neue zu bringen.

The hotel is in a lovely location right beside a nice sandy beach. The hotel staff were really friendly and were able to point me in the right direction when I needed to buy a plug to charge UK devices. Not so great for public transport although a taxi to Estepona is €10

Nice 5 star hotel
Long time ago it was new fresch hotel, impresive 5 star, big and with lot of interior details. To keep that high standard management should invest in renoveration, and they did just partly, at least in our room. Some of furniture is to be updated. Main problem we got was bad smell in the room (actually we got big apartment-suite). Huge bedroom with big bed, table to work, living room, separate room as garderobe and sink, bathroom with shower, bath, bide and wc, each of that in own space with door. All other was good, new fresch towells and bathrobe, spaceuse room, nice pool area, lot of green area…. Own beach area.

We chose this hotel for a complete rest and it did not disappoint. Huge room with a sea view meant we could sit on the balcony and read, whilst dining on site. Great not to have to go anywhere else.

Tenía reservada una habitación para 4, y en la habitación solo había una cama, me hicieron esperar para subirme 2 supletorias, podían haberme cambiado la habitación ya que había muchas libres. Después de todo esto no han tenido ningún detalle, ni una botellita de agua o unos caramelos para las niñas. He estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas y una botella de agua de cortesía la tenía todas las mañanas.

Great alternativen the south
A very good option for those who want to get away from the crowded areas around Marbella. All the staff are very nice, the food is surprisingly good and the spa / pools are perfectly ok. We have been here several times and enjoy ourselves. One thing was not at top. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better. There was dust on the floor and in the corners - every day.

Do no stay here!
If you have a car and plan to drive to this hotel-don't! We parked our car in the carpark which looks like it belongs to the hotel but only after our car was vandalised along with ten other cars does the hotel then tell you that the car parking is not their responsibility. The hotel had no security because nobody in the hotel heard the car alarms or the smashing of numerous car windows. This is not a five star hotel.

Vi var mycket nöjda med hotellet överlag, rent och fint spa och bra rum (svit). Om man kunde uppgradera maten med alternativ för vegansk kost (vi har bott på andra hotell i området med mycket bättre utbud med exempelvis tofu, hummus, muhammara, bönor, linser medmera som ger protein från växter istället för djur). Kanske ta in växtbaserad kock/rådgivare för att kunna erbjuda detta, så skulle vi ge högsta betyg och komma tillbaka ofta. Inomhuspoolen kunde rengöras lite mer frekvent också, utomhusbad var perfekt.
