Hotellin sijainti ei mistään parhaasta päästä, ei kuljetuksia. Vaatii jo remontointia. Kylpyhuoneen suihku saa kyllä loistavimmat arvostelut. Erittäin hyvät vedenpaineet. Iso huone,mutta vai kaksi pistorasiaa. Tilava parveke,mutta todella matala kaide viidennen kerroksen huoneistolle.

Parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, kuitenkin siisti
Hotelli oli siisti, mutta parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Yleiset tilat olivat valtavat ja näin huoneelle saattoi olla pitkä matka. Pienillä asioilla olisi saanut kohennettua ilmettä, mutta koska hotelli oli todella suuri, olisivat pienetkin (esim. tekstiilien vaihtaminen) varmasti vaatineet hotellilta reilusti rahallista panostusta. Hotelli vaikutti olevan suosittu paikallisten keskuudessa. Uima-altaan vieressä olevasta lounaspaikasta sai aivan hyvää ruokaa. Aamupalalla samat maut toistuivat. Kahvi oli hyvää! Siivoojat olivat todella ystävällisiä. Altaat olivat hyvät ja ohjelmaakin (vesijumppaa, joogaa...) tarjolla halukkaille sopivasti. "Hiljainen allas" oli kiva juttu. Toisessa sai sitten lapset remuta enemmän. Tenniskentillä oli hyvä palvelu. Aldi oli lähin ruokakauppa. Sinne oli jonkin verran matkaa, mutta vuokra-autolla se ei tietysti ollut ongelma. Lähikaupunkeihin (Marbella, Estepona) ajoi noin kymmenessä minuutissa.

Aamupala ja sijainti OK. Kylpylä aivan luokaton. Tarkoitus oli päästä nautiskelemaan kylpylään kierrosten jälkeen, mutta yhteen kertaan jäi. Kylpylä aivan luokattomassa kunnossa ja epäsiisti. Oikea tähtiluokitus 2.

Atalaya Park Golf Hotel & Resort
The hotel was basically clean and good although four stars are definitely too much. The hotel is full of the spirit of 80's (or even 70's) and in some respects the needs of updates are evident (maybe as the most important thing is the air condition in the room: it should be more efficient). The beach was a disappointment. It was full of stones and made swimming in the sea if not absolutely impossible at least extremely challenging. The breakfast was good.

Himogolffarille oiva valinta.
Hotellin bussi vie ja noutaa golfkentältä, tosi hyvä palvelu. Golf kentät oli myös erinomaisia. Hotelli on meren rannalla, josta näkyy niin Gibralttar kuin Afrikan manner hyvällä kelillä. Isoihin taajamiin on matkaa ja viikon reissulla saksalaisia eläkeläisiä varten suunnattu puolihoito alkoi jo hieman tökkimään.

Hotelli on vanha ja hieman rähjääntynyt. Varsinkin ulkoalueilla on hoitamattomia alueita. Hotellin omat golfkentät ovat hyvässä kunnossa ja erittäin halpoja.

Bonjour ! Le parking un calvaire puis c est payant. Pour une femme de ménage qui rentre le premier matin sans permission et en lui refusant de rentrer à 8h du matin mon mari était encore endormi et moi allongée! Le pire elle m’annonce s’il ne le faisait pas elle ne pourra le faire que jusqu’au lendemain ! J’étais sidérée par son audace et impolitesse ! Je n’ai jamais vu ceci de ma vie. Ensuite, je me suis plainte au près de la réceptionniste, elle était choquée et elle a immédiatement envoyé quelqu’un pour faire la chambre. Autrement on auraient quitté l’hôtel immédiatement.

The room we had was nice. Everything was in good repair, modern, updated, spacious with good linens. The lobby is enormous, with a bar/restaurant, but no room service. The hotel has three pools, but none are heated.

We had very bad service, the staff were not helptul at all, the bedsheets were not changed throughout our whole stay which was 5 days. We were a couple with a child, they gave us twin beds put next to eachother even though we requested a king or double bed , they said they "dont" have this in the hotel which was very odd. Our daughters bed was a sofa bed that opens up, it was not safe, she hurt her head had to be taken to the hospital and get stiches because of the spacing in between, her bed was not even made, we called reception and they told us there is no room service now you have to wait until tomorrow, they expected us to do our own bed. The staff were so unprofessional. I will never go back to that hotel again. I hated my entire holiday because of this hotel.

Nice hotel for families. there were almost no veg options in the meals, the AC didn't work properly after it got "fixed". our room was clean and comfertable to stay in. do note that the parking isn't free.

Beware of the hotel. Everything is outdated and not as pictured. I didn’t have AC for the first 2 days and couldn’t sleep at all. They had no other rooms to put me in supposedly, I ended up moving to another establishment. Worst experience ever.

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, personale poco disponibile, servizi scadenti. Un quattro stelle con questi standard non mi era mai capitato! La mia stanza era vista cortile delle cucine, con scatoloni e spazzatura accatastata, tubature dei scarichi di aereazione… mai piu! Un albergo può avere differenti tipologia di camere ma un 4 stelle non dovrebbe mai offrire una stanza simile, a un cliente che ha prenotato per 11 notti due stanze da febbraio per agosto. Questa chicca a quasi 250 euro giornaliere per stanza. Sconsigliato a tutti.

Terrible customer service, truly rude. Hotel staff advised us never to book via Hotels.com

Not our cuppa tea
We stayed there as the whole family was in for a wedding so needed kids facilities and they were ok. Our room was adequate but my friend's economy room was filthy. She complained and they offered another room. The hotel is huge 1200 people lots of kids and noise. The pools are nice and breakfast ok

Staff very helpful & friendly. Shower gel dispenser didn't work properly, would have preferred individual toiletries for a 4* hotel. Shower was a little worse for wear as well & sometimes water got hot or cold without warning. I would expect at least a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room.
