  • This modern 2 bedroom apartment situated in Mirador Del Golf Complex, Estepona is in a secure gated complex with underground parking and sits opposite Estepona Golf course with restaurant and bar. It is just 5 minute drive to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars. The complex offers access to a communal pool and gym.



    The apartment is arranged over 1 level on the 2nd floor and offers view of the sea, pool and has free WIFI and hot & cold vented aircon. On entering the apartment you can find the open plan living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area offers seating for 6 people. The lounge has a 65¨TV and a large sofa, which opens out into 2 single beds making it possible to sleep 6 people in the apartment. Leading out from the lounge is the covered terrace that offers a further seating area for 6 people and a lounge area with sofa and 2 chairs.



    The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, an en suite shower room and has access to the terrace. The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and has access to the guest bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment. The guest bedroom also has access to the terrace.

Pros:Accurately depicted in advertisement. View from terrace was wonderful. Location was great.Cons:Air conditioning was not working when we arrived. It was difficult to find the emergency contact information as we had arrived after hours on a Friday. After an hour on the phone with the management company, we finally got it working, but it broke down two more times during our stay.On the second day we noticed many ants in the suite and the terrace. There were ant traps throughout the suite (clearly ineffective). The management co. said they could drop off a tin of RAID but not until the next day or we could buy the RAID ourselves and seek reimbursement. We did buy the RIAD and by the time we got home, there was a full on invasion. Even after the RAID, they came back repeatedly. A friend advised this isn’t typical in Spain and likely there’s a next the company knows about. Amenities were minimal. 5 sheets of paper towel, no tissues, no beach/pool towels, no coffee pods, no dish towel.On our last day, we were advised to remove all garbage and wash and dry dishes, yet the rubbish bins were about ½ a block away from the apartment and there were no towels to dry with. You’d think running the dishwasher would be sufficient but we were told we’d be charged if we didn’t comply. Strongly recommend against this rental.
