Only complaint was we could never get the TV to work in the bedroom, but that was a very minor problem, I would highly recommend.”

”This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! ”

”This was such a nice little house! The location was really convenient as Chena Pump Road turns into one of the main throughfares in Fairbanks, but as it was a few miles out of town, it was super quiet.
One word of warning, it's on a wooded lot, so no breeze in there. That directly translates to mosquito swarms in the summer! We were excited to use the hot tub, but couldn't do it with the skeeters out there! If you are travelling to Fairbanks in the summer, pack your bug spray!
The owners...
