Creekside Loft Suite with King-sized bedroom and a loft with a queen bed. Picture windows look out over scenic Fall River. Private bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Very well-located and super clean - we were very happy with our stay, mostly. The upstairs bedroom window has a giant crack in it, so we were afraid to try and open it for safety reasons, but thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend, so it wasn't an issue. Some of the other window cranks are similarly damaged and unusable, or the windows were stuck. But the unit is cozy and well situated and obviously the views of the river and experiencing the sound of the river every day was such a treat. Weirdly, how to operate the shower portion of the bathroom tub wasn't intutive, but we eventually figured it out. A great stay!

The location is amaizing. While the unit could use some updating it was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony view was fantastic and we spent many breakfast outside. Besides one noisy neighbor one night it was very quiet and everyone respectful of quiet hours. It was a bit hot and a few more fans would be helpful but I think it was just unseasonably warm while we were there. Host was very responsive as well.

Beautiful area

The place was nice and area was beautiful. Conveniently Located near Rocky Mountian entrance. I would stay here again. I try to sweep or vacuum but there was no equipment would be nice especially with a family. Thank you

Home away from home but with a view

The location of this place can't be beat. The river right there, the balcony overlooking the river. We saw deer and elk and fished for a couple kinds of river trout while we were there. Also perfect proximity to both downtown Estes (8 min drive) and Rocky Mtn Natl Park (8 min drive).

Fall River Creek Side Condo Unit 18

Easy check-in & Check-out Several windows non-functional/ wouldn’t open up and no central air. However staff very accommodating and provided portable AC unit. Smoke alarm started beeping on 4/6 day and was due to end of smoke alarm life. Maintenance arrived after hours within 30 minutes. Overall great location and staff. Right on the river and peaceful. Minimal traffic noise from Fall River Road. Would likely try staying there in future and recommend

Nice Property

This is a very nice place! Very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park! We actually didnt get the cabin we booked. But the cabin we did get was just as nice! Will definitely consider staying here again.

Cabins are beginning to be a little dated. There was a broken window and some wall outlets did not work. We come for RMNP so just sleep and eat in the cabin.

Estes park fall getaway

Beautiful location on the Fall River. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the sounds of the river. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Very quiet location. The only down side was the furniture in the unit. The couch and chair need to be replaced as the cushions are so flattened it is very uncomfortable. The chair cushion seems to have had the cushion replaced but is so full it is bouncy. Was looking forward to sitting in front of the fire after a day of hiking but ended up watching football from the bedroom as it was the only comfortable place to sit. The bed was comfortable for sleeping but the bedding needs to be replaced. Comforter must be at least 10 years old. Just a little TLC and this place would be a 10.

Doesn’t disappoint

The property was excellent, it met all our needs. The property owners helped us change our arrival and departure dates when our flight was changed. Proximity to the park couldn’t be better. Overall wonderful stay. Internet provider was excellent as well.

Late July visit

Great location to RMNP Fall River entrance and quiet, next to the water so we could relax, fish and enjoy the hot tub. Beautiful views and just far enough from the town center to get away from the crowds. No AC, but fan helped. Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed.
