This is a beautiful new rental listing, situated just a few feet from Fall River. This home is the perfect relaxing place to call home while you visit Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain national park. Located just 3 miles from town and 1 mile from the park entrance, it is the perfect location, that provides you with quiet seclusion, beautiful surrounding and still conveniently close the everything.
The main floor provides you with a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and hardwood floors, flat screen TV with Satellite TV Service and High Speed internet. There is a large eat in kitchen with immediate access to the deck. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher and all of pots, pans and dishes that you will need.

Outside you will enjoy a large deck, with dining for 8, multiple private sitting areas, grill and a hot tub. The property also offers over 400 feet of private river.

Location was amazing. Outdoor space has a beautiful view and a river the kids loved playing in. Home was beautiful great layout for family of 6. A few issues here and there like noise outside of master window that ran all day and night, no net for hot tub to get pine needles out of plus a mat by hot tub would help Could use a ceiling fan in game room for air flow but other than this it's was a great stay.

Girls trip

Great location, just out of Estes Park in a beautiful setting on the water. We enjoyed the foosball table, shuffleboard, hot tub, and played card games on the deck. Great amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Our group consisted of Mom, Dad (60's), son (28), daughter & SIL (30). We were planning a return to this fabulous property before we even checked out! We live in Virginia (parents) and our children live in Denver so Estes Park is a fun place to go, not too far for the kids to drive. Even thou it snowed most of the time (mid-April trip), the kids were in the hot tub every day. The rec room was a hit. The long table in the photo is a shuffle board/bowling game. We also used the table for a daily game of Catan. The house looks brand new. The kitchen is well stocked with lovely dishes, cups, wine glasses and silverware. Plenty of utensils. I even saw a crockpot in the cupboard. Plenty of pots and pans, a colander, and there is both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee type maker. I saw some coffee filters and someone left some K-cups. Laundry room has some Tide pods and dryer sheets. So no need to bring your own (as I did). Plenty of shampoo/conditioner and bar soap. The fireplace has a remote control and puts out some heat. We didn't make much use of the outside area due to weather, but there is a nice table for 6 and a couple of other seating areas on the deck. We had a little problem getting the hot tub started, maintenance was at the house in 10 minutes and it was fixed in a flash (GFI issue?) He even came by and shoveled our deck after a few inches of snow! I hate to rave so much about the place as I'll never be able to get it booked again.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was well appointed and very close to the park at Estes downtown area. Being close to the grocery store was also a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and the extra blankets and towels were much appreciated. We enjoyed the game room and WiFi also. I would certainly stay here again. It was perfect!

Perfect getaway for a family

Our family vacation was perfect because of this beautiful home. It was so nice, we almost didn’t want to leave to do the fun things we had planned. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend. The game room, equipped with several family friendly games, provided separation from the main living area and kitchen. The hot tub was great with nice cool breezes coming from the stream. If traveling in the summer, sleep with the windows open and hear the sound of water as you fall asleep. We will definitely stay here again! This spot is worth every penny for its cleanliness, amenities, and location!

Beautiful property

Our group of 7, including 4 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 5-11 absolutely loved this house located less than 5 min drive from RMNP entrance. House was incredibly clean, there was enough space for our whole group and everyone enjoyed the large game/tv room and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house

Truly wonderful house! Comfortable, clean, spacious. One of our teenagers enjoyed the privacy of staying on the pull out couch in the game room. Hot tub and porch directly overlook the river. Can hear the rush of water any time doors or windows are open. Only a couple of miles from the national park entrance, and a couple of miles to town. Highly recommend!

Ideal location

This property was exactly as advertised/promoted through VRBO. Very cozy and ideally situated for our group. A few of us spent several days hiking RMNP just a few miles away, while older group members and young children enjoyed shopping/sight-seeing in town. Would certainly rent again if in this area.

Perfectly peaceful

My wife, my three kids (16, 13, 10), and myself spent the first week of the year here. I wanted a place to rest from the previous year and time for each of us to focus on the coming year. We turned this cabin into our own private retreat. The game room gave us time to play and laugh and the snow covered river gave us time to reflect and plan. I’m not sure God could have led us to a more perfect spot to take a break together. What a great location with all the amenities needed to relax!

Fall River Fantastic

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend to escape the Texas heat for a few days. It was exactly what we were looking for. Great house in a great location! Will stay again for sure! If I could only make one suggestion, it would be to offer a couple of thick robes for use when enjoying the hot tub.

Amazing

We had an amazing experience. Have been to Estes many times. Wildlife and scenery never disappoints, and this home did not either! Fabulous game room for adults and kids, our grandkids spent one night with us and they loved the hot tub. Home immaculate and as described. Our favorite area to stay is on Fall River and this was perfect!

Fall River Escape

We have been vacationing every other year in Estes for the past 20+ years and have stayed in some very nice condos and vacation homes. However, the location of this property on Fall River makes this property one of our favorites. Great home, great location, great choice!

Great house and location

We loved the house, our family had a great time. We were out sightseeing during the day and spending time in the evening watching football, playing games in the game room and enjoying the hot tub. The elk in the river, literally next to the deck, was a plus! Owners were so nice and easy to deal with.
