No a/c and we were here in August so I was nervous about that - but the weather was perfect and house stayed very comfortable. The game room and media room were major hits for the adult "kids"! Tried to use the hot tub, but the water would not get hot. Disappointing - but not a deal breaker. While some of the windows did not open and the master shower had no water...

”Elk Ridge Lodge was a perfect spot for our group - one couple and three adults. The bedrooms and common areas are spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and the many thoughtful touches and helpful tips throughout the house. ”It was a nice place to stay. It has 3 levels so the stairs were a challenge for our group of 70+ years. It would also have been nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. ”

”Main floor. We missed having windowa and doors that didn't open so we couldnt enjoy the mountain breezes and smells. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Was unfortunate that the ice maker in the freezer didn't work. A floor lamp by the couch would have been nice. Bedrooms wwre nice.”
