”We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. ”

”Staff went over and above as we had a traveler with an overheated vehicle and was stranded with us overnight after a family wedding in the area. The desk clerk called a mechanic that agreed to come look for $50 the next morning, which was a SUNDAY. She saved the day!! Our room was clean, all the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, good selection of items and well stocked on everything. ”

”I had my small dog with me. So, we stayed on the third floor. As we got off the elevator, we were met with a horrible smell in the hallway. As for our room, the carpet was nasty and should have been replaced a long time ago. Other than that, things were acceptable.”
