”Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didn’t have this problem thankfully as we were walking. ”

”Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel am nördlichen Rand von Sarande. Das tolle ist man hat die Liegen mit Schirm inkl.,hat einen tollen Strand, leckeres Frühstück, schöne saubere Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr nettes Personal und auch einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist klein und auch für Musik am Strand angenehm. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Man hat fußläufig tolle Restaurants und bis zur Marina sind es knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß.”

”We loved it so much we decided to stay a second night. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great hospitality and it is a family owned and run guesthouse. The grandmothers made an amazing breakfast that consists of tea, coffee, fried eggs, delicious bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, butter, and fig jam. Location was good, a lovely walk to the castle. I could see myself spending a week here. ”

”We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!”

”The accommodation was pleasant, with a balcony and AC. It was a bit small, but that wasn't really an issue. Overall, it was clean, even the bathroom! However, there were a few hairs in some spots and a little dust in one corner, but nothing significant. However, the address listed on this app (Hotels.com) wasn’t entirely accurate, as it suggested the place was right in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle. In reality, the accommodation is about an 8-minute uphill walk from the city center....

”Vi havde et fremragende ophold her. Værterne er super søde og snakkesalige. Vores værelse var stort og rummeligt med en stor og en lille seng. Fint lille bad med masser af varmt vand. Lækre håndklæder. Der er et lille opholdsrum hvor der er kaffemaskine og man kan også sidde udenfor og nyde udsigten over byen. Biler kan IKKE køre op med bagage. Man skal selv bære det op og det tager 10-15 min i et roligt tempo. Det er dig det hele værd med udsigten, roen og guesthouset. Vi endte med at...

”Super nice host, very friendly and always willing to help. They supported us with a lot of coffee and homemade Raki. Very clean, super terrace with great view. Everything you need is there. Nice traditional restaurant only a couple of minutes away. Highly recommended :)”

”Veldig flott leilighet vi hadde, med flott balkong. Litt vanskelig å finne frem, så veldig fint at han som ga oss nøkkel møtte oss. Han skjønte at vi ikke visste hvor vi skulle gå, for det var ingen skilting. De burde ha bedre bilder av balkong, for jeg var usikker om det var balkong før vi ankom. De kunne også fikset taket i suiten. Men bortsett fra disse tingene var det helt perfekt, og til den prisen skal man ikke klage.”

”Silver Hill Guest House was so lovely. It was a highlight of my trip to Albania! The staff were nice, and the guest house itself is situated in the historical part of Gjirokastër. I wish I had stayed longer. ”
