”nice tent - no A/C as advertised only small evap cooler that did not work well as the air was very humid from the rain - no composting toilet was just a wooden box with white garbage bag under a toilet seat and a bucket of saw dust - toilet box not attached to floor so it moved when sitting down - no hot water - don't believe sheets were washed as the flat sheet was all balled up at the end of the bed under the bed spread - no electrical outlets to plug in phones or medical devices like "Life...

”We really love this little casita which is centrally located to everything. The layout is a little different, but it is very well maintained! This was our first visit to Tucson and spent a lot of time exploring. We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings in the cozy backyard. The only thing we could recommend is new beds/mattresses - they weren’t as comfortable as we would’ve liked. We do plan on returning in the future and we will be looking to book this casita.”

Minor and easily fixable things to do
"This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day late due to cancelled flight (and called the hotel but they did not know how to log it in the system). Don’t get me wrong: I liked the place and stayed there two times on my trip. Fix these and the hotel will be awesome."

"remontoitu siisti motelli. aamupala hiukan niukka. ainoa miinus oli ettei meille mainittu bändistä joka oli surkea ja soitti myöhään ja kovaa. nukkuminen oli hankalaa siinä metelissä hankalaa. respaa ei kiinnostanut kun kysyimme milloin bändi lopettaa. oli jopa tyly. pihassa myös ruokarekka, mistä sai ilalla ruokaa"
