”From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was very easy and they even offered to share some good places to eat. The room was very very clean. We stayed 5 nights and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is on a busy road with lots of traffic but also is very easy to get to the Biltmore Estate that we wanted to tour. Can’t wait to come back here again.”

”It was a place to sleep for the night. Room was ok and would have rated better if it was cleaner. Found hair on sheets and pillow as well as in bathroom. Also paper on floor in room as well as floor in main floor hallway. Pool in lobby can be very loud if kids are playing, if you’re looking for a quiet place to get away just be aware.”

”Amazingly quiet with the location being so busy. Check in and were both quick and easy. Support Staff seemed efficient and good at their jobs. Room was clean and smelled fresh like laundry. The bed was a bit too firm for us but otherwise comfortable. Overall great night stay for our overnight visit.”
