”Parkside was a pretty good accommodation because it is within walking distance of Auckland CBD, which we wanted to check out. The units were a good size to hold 3 of us and our luggage. The only thing missing was a central table with chairs. However, the dryer of the washer/dryer did not work well. Our clothes smelled musty even after drying them a second time. ”The apartment is in need of a renovation. Floor carpeting is stained, some bad stains covered with a rug, couch is in need of replacing. Also cleaning should be improved, earlier guest hairs and hair pins in the apartment. Only single glazing and seals worn out so the traffic noise was about the same as if the window would be open. ”The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!”

”Lovely staff at check in. Easy check in process. Suite did not feel that clean, carpet is very stained, very basic amenities. Bed is very firm. Good location however there is a construction site next door presently which contributed to the dust. Great to have a secured carpark on-site with no additional cost.”
