Huoneistohotellit – Etelä-Brisbane

”This property is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again”

”The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

”The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Excellent stay!”

”Very convenient location.”

”Centrally located and spacious, EA made for a perfect base to venture into Brisbane. The room was clean and large, but there was a musty smell every time when we returned to the room. Points for washing machine and dryer!”

”Clean, quite and good location.”

”Uudet, siistit, valoisat ja tilvat huoneet. Osaan huoneista kuuluu liikenteen melu aamuisin. Varustelu kiitettävä: pesukone, kuivausrumpu ja keittiö työkaluineen. Teatteri ja konserttisali lähellä.”

”The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

”Unfortunately the room smelt of cigarettes badly, so much so my clothes smelt afterwards. It was mainly in the bathroom. The property was a good size but needs a refurbishment. Quite old furnishings and carpet etc. Would only stay again if compensated for the cigarette smell.”

”The room was great: The bathroon was like a new one, just renovated. The kitchen had everything I needed. The balcany was huge. AC system worked well. The pool area was nice. I found the neighbourhood safety and everything was on walking distance from the Oaks. Only negative thing was the check in situation. The staff was quite unprofessional. Likely during check out the staff was wonderful. ”

”Great location, clean room but a bit musty”

”While the hotel was fine overall, it was quite run-down and in need of some maintenance and updating. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the rooms were very small, with noticeable dust on the furniture and tables. The pool area was particularly disappointing and is definitely in need of a revamp. There was visible mould around the area, and the pool chairs were worn, with rips in the fabric. Overall, the hotel was adequate for a short stay, but the general...

”Room is tired and equipment is old and worn.”
