”We liked the very helpful and very pleasant lady and her assistant at checkin the bedding was way above what we expected and the shared kitchen with the tray and fridge with help youself food left by others was amazing!, Bottom line on seeing the place we thought well one night and were gone after the service and the great nights sleep we feel it is a hidden gem and reserved it for our return to Brisbane.”

”Nice and clean room with a balcony. Great location to explore Brisbane. The parking place is small and one night there was no space left for our car. Because of that we parked on the street and not noticing a sign led to our car being towed away! That was of course our own fault. But the hotel staff was absolutely amazing and totally saved us. We had no clue what to do, but the staff made phone calls and even gave us a ride to collect the car. We are so thankful for the exquisite customer...

”Our room was very different to all those on the photos. The outside of the hotel definitely is a little tired, noticed a few broken windows which made us question the safety of the area. That said, everything was quiet and no issues occurred.”
