”The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. ”

”Disappointed the pool was not open. There was literally nothing for breakfast. We were there for six night and the only food was waffles, nothing else. Kept getting told the supplies truck still had not come.”

”It was surround with eating and shopping, we walk to go eat and Walmart was about 2 block really right across the street, just had to cross interstate. Breakfast was good, all hosts were friendly. Only issue there was 2 dog that early in the morning was right outside our room on patio at 8am continue barking. ”

”For the price, it’s well worth it!!! Had no issues, and it was a great stay for my Hilton Head vacation. This may sound a bit strange, but I enjoyed the trash can. The trash was a decent size, it wasn’t small like a lot of hotels. The set up of the room was great, it was clean, and had a functional air conditioning. ”

”The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
