”The rooms were gross & not clean Our room smelled like sewer Definitely not family friendly ”

”The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant.”

”We stayed 3 nights in a premium, one bedroom suite. The design and furnishings were all very nice, and the unit was very clean. The kitchen was great! The only thing we did not like about our stay was the very strong urine smell coming from our bathroom (there was a hole in the wall behind the stand alone sink and that’s where it seemed to be coming from) and also in the hallway outside our room. We kept the bathroom door closed the whole trip and went out and bought air fresheners for our room...
