”Had a nice stay with family, easy to make changes to bookings. Only fault was observing a waiter carrying burgers on a tray outside, they were not covered! Health and safety loads of flies about, breakfast good, plenty of choice. The young waitress had excellent customer service.”

”This hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”

”Stain on the roof that had not been cleaned , the roller blind was hanging off above the window possible chane if I used it that it would have fell and hit me , the tv did not work properly as it continuously glitch with lines over the screen on all channels not a signal issue ,the remote control for the TV was damaged and the back cover kept falling off ,over all room size small for the price of £200 a night in comparison to a other hotel brands that are in the area ,some of the bar staff a bit...
