”The property was under construction and was kind of half done. For example, all but one wall in my room had the molding completed. The pool was disgusting, filled with hair. I didn't dare get in. Our toilet wasnt seated properly so it made the bathroom smell like suffer. There was what I hope was ketchup on the bottom of the chair in my room. Overall not good, especially for the cost, which was pretty pricey.”

”I reported when I got there that seat on my toilet was broke and they finally fixed it late last night after I said something the second time. Went down to have breakfast this morning at 9 am they quickly snatched it up when people are still in there eating. I thought that was very rude might have just taken the plate and food right out of my mouth. I understand about not letting anyone new come in but let the ones in there finish eating. ”Beds were super comfy. We stayed in tipi. It was very cute....lots of room and was warm. Only problems we had were when it rained it went under the door way and got floor boards and anything by it wet and shower water was inconsistent...one time it was warm another it was ice cold. I was the only one in there at the time. Staff was really nice and helpful. We had a great time and would stay again.”

”Although the staff were very helpful and courteous, the age and condition of the property let our stay down. In the bathroom we found the toilet almost unacceptable. It was the original toilet from when the motel was built decades ago, very water inefficient, low to the floor and with a seat built for the size of a child. The shower head, although it was supposed to have multiple spray settings, was so corroded that it was not adjustable, forcing us to use the only available setting. ...

”This hotel was brand new when we stayed there. I took my two young boys to Twin Falls for a kayaking trip so when I saw the water slides at this hotel online, I booked it. They loved the water park! They went on those slides a hundred times! The staff was so lovely and helpful our entire stay! Also, the continental breakfast was outstanding! The best I’ve had at a hotel. I highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back.”

”Room was clean, nice and dark. Could stand to be updated. I'm sure tub was clean, but it didn't necessarily look clean. Probably due to age. I didn't use laundry, but nice to have if I need it. Staff friendly and helpful, goid breakfast options.”
