”When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!”
