”Beautiful and very clean home in a nice area. This did not feel like a basement at all, and it is equipped with everything one may need, from kitchen utensils to even board games for the family. Great communication as well. One thing I would add is that the owners have several large dogs (who were securely put up) but something to be aware of if they make you nervous.”

”This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our annual trip to Holiday World. We have stayed at other hotels and the cottages near the park and this place was by far the best. Perfect amount of space for us, our 2 girls and our 3 nieces. Loved the location. Our kids loved the animals. Hoping to make it back next year and will definitely look to book Shannon’s place again. I also loved that it was away from the city lights so we were able to enjoy the night sky. The proximity to Holiday World was awesome. After a long day at the park, we were able to get back quickly. ”I was a little disappointed. The smoke detector beeped for three days because the battery was low.then once it was fixed, the piwer was out in the master bedroom. They had to come back and fix that. I feel i should have gotten a little refund back because of the inconvenience.”

We came into town to visit friends in Louisville, and the house was a quick drive and much more affordable than comparable homes actually in Louisville. The home was super cute and had a nicer vibe than many of the “cookie-cutter/ikea” rental homes we’ve had in the past. We would definitely stay here again!”
