”Für Island hatte die Unterkunft ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leider hört man die Türen der Nachbarn deutlich (was in der Nacht bei Polarlichter Jagd ein wenig nervig sein kann). Ansonsten machte alles einen guten Eindruck.”

”I just gave the stars on the look of this place. Unfortunately we were not able to stay the night we had booked this place for. We were stuck on the highway for the whole night because of a bad accident. By the time it cleared it was time to reach our next tour booking of Glacier hike. I’m still waiting if I would get some kind of compensation”

”Check in was easy, but it’s not at the property. It is a very short walk away at a hotel We were in room 107. The room is like an efficiency apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is considered two beds, but it could be a queen bed. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was nice. It had a towel warmer. The shower pressure was good and hot water was available at all times. The room had a small balcony. A hair dryer is available for use in the restroom...

”The location is perfect for a Reykjavik base for your holiday trip. All the shops, restaurants are literally next to apartment. For proper Iceland exploring I recommend to rent a 4x4 car and go to waterfalls, geysers, thermal baths on golden circle locations. Nature is unique and one of a kind. Pricey place to eat outside and drinks are expensive too. Anyway we will come again someday here.”

”The accommodation was spacious, but had lots of room for improvement. It met the minimum standard of cleanliness (the bedding and mattresses were clean) but overall it is a worn-out farmhouse and there were bugs, cobwebs, etc. The windows could use curtains for privacy especially in the bathroom. Meeting the farm animals was fun. There are many dogs and cats as well as typical farm animal like sheep. It is probably not a good fit for people who like neat and tidy accommodations, but...

”Hotelli sijaitsi loistavalla paikalla ainakin meille. Kävimme järjestetyillä retkillä ja retkien nouto-/paluupysäkki oli muutaman minuutin päässä. Siisti huone, mukava sänky ja hyvät petivaatteet. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Helppo sisään-ja uloskirjautuminen itsenäisesti. Hyvät ohjeet tuli sähköpostiin koodeista yms.Kaikki meille tarpeellinen oli kävelyetäisyydellä. ”

”Even though the apps said no breakfast no staff, you actually could use the front desk at there sister facility across the parking lot. The front door to our room has no privacy. There’s gaps people walk by could see right through the bathroom tub and our bed. I didn’t feel comfortable or have complete privacy. So I didn’t like the look style of the front door at all.”

”Great place for a 4am walk to the bus stop to get to the airport.”
