”Hey, There are a few thing that we want to give negative feedback. 1) The house was full of silverfish bugs!! 2) The house wasn't cleaned well enough and the dishes were dirty. First thing we needed to do was to fill the dishwasher and put it on. 3) One of the upstairs chairs broke immeadly when one of us sat on it. 4) Uptairs bathrooms toilet's flushing was leaking. 5) The heating system wasn't working well. Downstairs foor was super cold. (The last day was ok) We went to complain about it...

”This apt. seems to be a rip-off arrangement. Just 16h before the check-in could I reach tha landlady. We agreed the handover of the keys at another address thatn stated - and 30min before this agreed handover the landlady cancelled the booking. I have not seen a refund, yet. Don't book this propoerty!”

”Très bien situé pour aller à l'Opéra. Appartement très propre. La documentation des différents appareils ménagers à disposition pourrait être mieux présentée en éliminant les langues dont l'usage est improbable et en s'assurant que celles nécessaires soient présentes (il n'y en a pas en français pour le micro onde) . Actuellement c'est très fouillis. ”
