Room smelled strong of mold and mildew, mold on the wall in the bathroom, construction going on around the building, the pool had algae covering the bottom. I could go on but I ultimately decided we could not stay there and the staff was helpful and got me a refund so we could go elsewhere.”

Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."”
